Motorsport is at the core of Lotusbits and very much a family affair. Mike Taylor and Cathy Sewart both compete in the MSN Championship with the Lotusbits built Talbot Sunbeam rally car and this year son Daniel has taken his first steps as a junior.

During the season every fortnight, Lotusbits is a hive of activity with cars and transporters being cleaned, prepped and repaired all under the experienced eye of Keith Fell our Rally Team manager.
With Mike’s background as an engineer and the rigours of competitive rallying, our
rally cars have proved an ideal test bed for many of the performance parts Lotusbits
has developed.
Many of these upgrades are offered to our customers both for road going use and in
competition. The 2.5 litre ‘stroker’ engine with 250 bhp is a de-tuned version of the
rally engine. Fuel injection, big brakes, suspension set ups and many other
upgrades we offer are a direct consequence of our rallying experiences.
